Prayer is the primary way humans communicate with God. We worship a God who hears our prayers and acts according to His plan and purposes. Through prayer, we have access to the Creator and Sustainer of the Universe who knows each of us by name. God also calls us to be a part of what He does in the lives of others as we bring their needs before Him in prayer.

Please pray for my sister Catherine (46). She suffered a heart attack this past Saturday. The doctors put a stent on the artery that was blocked and on Wednesday she was discharged from the hospital. This morning at 2am she is back in the hospital. She believe she had another heart attack and the doctors are trying to figure it out. Please pray that God takes care of her current health situation.

My unsaved husband recently joined the US Marine Corps. He fell in love with it and wants to dedicate himself to it. But we both know that this means he has less to give to our marriage in our case because he (well we*) can’t figure out how to balance the military life and marriage. So he’s considering divorce because he thinks it will be easier on me. But I disagree and I don’t want the divorce. Please pray for my marriage with me. I don’t think God is done with this marriage. There is a member of your church who beat up a woman behind closed doors. She is silenced in speaking the truth because he claims she is the issue. He stands and worships and claims to all around him about his good nature as a Christian man. He is in need of Jesus so it’s good he goes but his heart is off. Please Pray I can find the perfect home for TWO puppies I have. They are Biewer Terriers. 13 weeks old and only weigh 2 lbs. I have interviewed several families and I'm not comfortable letting them go with small children or large dogs being part of their new family. A Biewer Terrier is a type of yorkie. These little boys will be around 5.5 lbs full grown.
