Golf Ministry — Northland Golf Fellowship, working with other churches in Orlando, helps to organize 18 hole golf outings for players of all skill levels at several local public and semi-private golf courses in central Florida. Playing on various days we have a short devotional and prayer before teeing off. The group rates are very reasonable and normally include golf, cart, range balls, tax, and prizes. When we start attending meetings of Sex Addicts Anonymous, many of us are surprised to meet people who are enjoying life and experiencing freedom from painful, compulsive behaviors. We live in the faith that God’s care is enough for us and that we don’t need to be dishonest to survive.

Every Monday evening at 6:30 to 8 p.m., meeting at Northland Church in 2025. GriefShare is a ministry of Northland Church led by a veteran VITAS Healthcare Chaplain, Dr. Daniel J. Wolf, and by counseling interns who walk alongside of those who are grieving the death of a loved one. Workbook for $20 available in class.

The Bible Boot Camp is a thorough, 40-week overview of the 66 books of the Bible from Genesis through Revelation. The class is conducted live-in-person in a Northland classroom and simultaneously online using Zoom. It is designed for a group of people who may be: A Christian for a short time or a long time and wants to more fully “understand the Scriptures and know the power of God”; Someone who is familiar with the great stories of the Bible, but doesn’t feel like you really know God or understand the Great Story of the Bible – “His plan from before the beginning of time”; Someone who “knows something of God from the world around you and from your own heart, and now wants to know God and find salvation” (J. I. Packer); Someone who loves the New Testament but struggles to understand how the words and ways of God in the Old Testament show that He is “filled with unfailing love” and “does not change”; Someone who wants to share “the hope that is in you,” but doesn’t feel confident in “handling the Scriptures.” In other words, the Bible Boot Camp is for all who want to know what the Bible reveals about who God is and what He has done.

Whether you are completely new to the Bible, or whether you grew up immersed in the Scriptures, Torchbearers is an opportunity to dig deep into God's Word in a setting that invites participation and collaboration.

Knit & Chat is a welcoming gathering for anyone who enjoys fiber crafts—knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross stitch, and more. Whether you’re an experienced crafter or brand new, we can teach you how to knit or crochet. We also have a prayer shawl ministry, creating handmade shawls for a local hospital, to bless and comfort those in need, and baby blankets for a local pregnancy center.  While we love gathering together in community, those who are unable to attend are still welcome to participate by creating shawls or baby blankets to donate through the church. Our time together may include a monthly prayer shawl and baby blanket blessing, sharing prayer requests, and enjoying meaningful Christian fellowship while using our talents to serve others.

A Celebrate Recovery (CR) Step Study is an intensive, 8–12 month, gender-specific small group designed to work through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles to overcome "hurts, habits, and hang-ups". It utilizes four participant workbooks to tackle personal recovery, offering accountability, confidentiality, and a deeper dive into biblical healing than a weekly large group meeting.
