A Central Florida native, Scotty has worked at Northland in a variety of capacities since 1996, devoting the majority of that time to his role as a musician in the worship department. Also during his tenure, Scotty spent nearly five years in Pastoral Care, Northland's care and counseling wing, where he discovered a passion and aptitude for working with people in spiritual and emotional need. Because of his desire to walk alongside individuals and families in need of care, Scotty is currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary with plans to obtain licensure in the state of Florida. Scotty and his wife, Kristen, live in Winter Springs with their four wonderful children, Emmylou, Brenna, Fiona and Miles, and their very cute dog, Margot. They love having fun together as a family and with dear friends.
