Randy became a follower of Jesus Christ in 1997 (Newburgh, NY). After serving our country in the US Army (military intelligence), he felt the Lord’s calling on his life to serve students. He pursued a degree in education at Kennesaw State University (BS in Middle Grades Education- 2009).
Over the years, Randy has served as a teacher (elementary, middle, and high school) in public, private, and charter schools in a variety of subjects, served in leadership (Grade Chair and Director of Faculty and Curriculum), and was involved on the Board of Directors for a private school.
Randy and his family relocated to Orlando in 2014 and began attending Northland. They have served in various ministries since attending and are grateful for their spiritual family’s support with their children. Randy and his wife (Cassaundra Kemp) have been married since 2005 and have four children. Randall looks forward to serving the Access Ministries and allowing God to glorify Himself through the special needs community.
