4x ISKA World Champion James Sang Lee leads cardio kickboxing classes by instructing choreographed movements of punches, kicks, and knee strikes set to upbeat music. Cardio kickboxing combinations are a mix of punches like jabs crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. Lower body movements include knee strikes, front kicks, roundhouse kicks, side kicks, and more. Classes also incorporate a quick warmup and a light cool down as well as both dynamic and static stretching. Typical cardio kickboxing classes run 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
