This is not a normal Christmas by any means. Restrictions on holiday gatherings, beloved events cancelled or modified, and even not being able to visit family members. This is unlike any Christmas any of us have ever experienced before, but so was that very first Christmas. No room in the inn, the King of Kings placed in a manger meant for animals. The first Christmas was by no means the picture perfect Christmas we imagine when we think of our perfect Christmas, but it was as perfect because it gave us our Savior.

In-Person Worship Details

We are so excited to have seven services this Christmas to be able to celebrate Jesus’ birth with as many of you who are comfortable attending in-person as possible. The health and safety of each and every person who enters our facilities is our utmost priority. Our sanctuary is currently operating at 25%, meaning approximately 700 seats per service puts us at capacity. Please be sure to only reserve seats you know you will use to ensure others are able to reserve seats as well. We have limited the number of seats in each party to 5. If your party is larger than 5, reach out to Lauren at or 407-937-1787, and she will help you reserve your seats. We will not offer an overflow area. Childcare will only be provided for children ages 3 and under, who are not required to wear facial coverings. For children who will be joining us in worship, activity kits will be provided.

To ensure we can accommodate everyone who desires to join us for in-person worship, if a reserved seat is not in use 10 minutes after the start of worship, we reserve the right to offer it to another party. Please email if you’re unable to use your tickets for any reason after you’ve reserved them. We would greatly appreciate it.

Everyone in your party, including children, must have a reserved ticket in order to attend the in-person worship gathering. You will choose your seat(s) simply by clicking on the available physically-distanced seating arrangement of the Main Sanctuary. Immediately after making your seat selection, you will receive a confirmation email with your reserved tickets as well as a reminder email two days prior to your selected worship gathering.

Upon arrival, you will enter through the main sliding glass doors. Be prepared to show us your confirmation email with your reserved tickets on your mobile device, or you may print your tickets in advance and bring them with you.

Seating in the Main Sanctuary will include seats that may not be used due to physical distancing guidelines. Please help us abide by government health regulations by not using those seats.

Please plan to arrive early so we can seat you before the start of worship and be sure all guidelines are followed appropriately. As you can imagine, that is difficult to do once the service has begun. As you enter the Main Sanctuary, ushers will be available to help you find your seat(s).

  • Temperature checks are required. As you approach the main sliding glass doors, a member of our team will be conducting a temperature check.
  • Face coverings are required in the building for the protection of those around you. While you are moving around the building, in the foyer, and for the duration of the worship gathering, face coverings need to remain in place. If you or someone in your family is exhibiting any health-related symptoms, please join us for worship online.
  • Please maintain the recommended 6-foot physical distance at all times, even in areas that are not marked with reminders.
  • For the safety of one another, refrain from hugging, high fiving, handshakes, or other physical contact.
  • Both the Northland Bookstore and The Artisan’s Kitchen will be open prior to and after each service. Please abide by the guidelines posted in each location.
  • Food and drink will not be permitted in the Sanctuary.
  • Although we have a spacious foyer designed for pre and post service connection, for the benefit of everyone’s safety we will not be utilizing any of this space for that purpose. Please be mindful of everyone’s safety and exit the campus as quickly as possible following the service.

We appreciate your grace and flexibility as we navigate what it looks like to gather together for worship while maintaining guidelines and proceeding with caution. We can't wait to celebrate the birth of our Savior with our entire Northland family—whether you join us online or in-person, you’re a part of our family and we are grateful for you!

Thank you for your faithfulness and prayer during these unprecedented times.
