Service Times: Saturdays at 5 p.m., Sundays at 9, 11 a.m., 5 p.m. and Mondays at 7 p.m. (EST).
Just as God has uniquely created each individual, designing within each one the potential to contribute something precious to the lives of others, so too God has created diversity in His kingdom so that each congregation and Christian organization will make a unique contribution to the world.
PRAY
Engage in conversation with God.
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayers.
-Peter, an eyewitness (1 Peter 3:12 NIV)
Prayers

Prayer isn't just about asking God for help. (Related: What is prayer?) Prayer also offers a unique opportunity to invite others to ask God for help on our behalf.
Lift some of these requests up to God during your prayer time today. If you have a prayer request to share, click the button to the right so that others may pray for you.

I ask you to pray for my daughter and son-in-law as they fly to Ireland on 6-8-13 thru 6-17-13. I ask that you pray for safe travel to and from Ireland and that they are safe while they travel in the counties!. I also ask that you pray for their children that they are safe here in Florida. I pray also for her sister who will watch all the children while they are away! Please let my daughter feel God's peace while she flys to Ireland. Let her trust in God for safe traveling mercies! Thank you so much!

Please pray for two of my relatives. One man has stopped taking his medication for bipolar disorder. He has left his family, quit his job and has started on alcohol and drugs. His family is unable to get treatment for him at this point. Another young man is a heroin addict and is having a hard time trying to kick the habit.

People have prayed

I have asked for prayers many times before and here I am again. Please lift me up. I need strength and guidance. Things just seem to stay out of control and I am worn down. God knows my needs and I trust Him even though I don't act like it too many times. Please forgive me Lord.

Please pray for my family. My wife is in stage 4 emphysema. My father is 83 and in poor health. My son and daughter who are struggling to understand. Please pray for me too as I try to find strength in all that goes with this as I care for them. I do trust in God and His plan but sometimes it is overwhelming. Pray that He will put people in front of me and open my stubborn eyes to their help.

Due to problems that we have had in the past, my husband has left our home and marriage. This is something that I feel we can work through, just as we have when life throws us life. Please pray that he will have a change of heart, mind and spirit so that we may live together again as husband and wife.

J.P. is in hospital and sick tonight. He has been in hospital from start of this week and has not been having a good run at it from the need for a complicated surgery to not keeping his tube feedings down and being placed on oxygen. Please pray for healing for J.P. and peace for his parents.

We as the church need to be in prayer about the upcoming transition that Pastor Joel has been describing to us. Wherever you are this week, whoever you're with, we encourage you to pray. Gathering with others for prayer is best, as God has promised to be there with us. The sanctuary will be open for prayer on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30. Simply come, invite, and pray. (No childcare available).
