Service Times: Saturdays at 5 p.m., Sundays at 9, 11 a.m., 5 p.m. and Mondays at 7 p.m. (EST).
Just as God has uniquely created each individual, designing within each one the potential to contribute something precious to the lives of others, so too God has created diversity in His kingdom so that each congregation and Christian organization will make a unique contribution to the world.
PRAY
Engage in conversation with God.
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayers.

Prayer isn't just about asking God for help. (Related: What is prayer?) Prayer also offers a unique opportunity to invite others to ask God for help on our behalf.

From a good friend Steve Bell who needs prayer join me in praying for him ...Good morning, Lisa. Could I ask you to pray for me today? Back in 2006 I had a heart attack and haven't really had any further problems other than occasional A-fib. The last few days the A-fib has been particularly bothersome and it's creating an anxiety that is interfering with my ability to stay focused on anything for very long. It kinda feels like freefall. Thanks.

Please pray for Joe in Coleman Federal Prison and his wife Cloee DiRocco and their 4 year old Ava. Chloee has breast cancer and is having both breast removed. Pray for safe surgery and comfort for Joe while he feels so helpless. From Blake my son also in Coleman he writes Mom I took Joe to the chaplains office tonight and prayed with him. It was pitiful seeing this big body builder guy cry like a baby. Its so hard to be here and feel helpless. So ask your prayer warriors to lift his family up and lift all the men here at Coleman that are facing similar problems or situations. Pray for me to continue to look forward and get home to my girls. Ask God to bring home a good Christian husband and father for Amanda and kids. I love you all...

Please pray for my friend Kim's dad, Pete M. He is having a procedure done tomorrow where they stop and then restart his heart, and then open heart surgery soon after that. Pray for the procedure to go well and for a good recovery. Also pray for Kim please. She has been under a tremendous amount of stress and feels like the hits just keep coming. She needs peace.

prayer for my grandson David. He needs a change of heart for Jesus. Please pray that he will be able to bring up his grades and find a job this summer. He is very troubled right now. Also that he will not be influenced in the wrong way by an elder from his father's church who is a Jehovah's Witness. His parents have asked this elder to mentor David at this time. I have been bringing David to Northland since he was a little boy. His parents don't attend church regularly.

We as the church need to be in prayer about the upcoming transition that Pastor Joel has been describing to us. Wherever you are this week, whoever you're with, we encourage you to pray. Gathering with others for prayer is best, as God has promised to be there with us. The sanctuary will be open for prayer on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30. Simply come, invite, and pray. (No childcare available).
