Administrative Assistant

Northland is seeking an exceptional individual that will provide a high level of administrative support for Student Ministries. This full time position will coordinate special events, handle incoming calls, set up class rooms for weekly programs, process expenses and payables, monitor annual budget, maintain data management system, develop reports that track attendance and responds to requests for general information.

Qualifications: BS Degree preferred, minimum 5 years experience in an administrative role desired, 3 years experience in event planning preferred, good organizational and communication skills, excellent time management, self starter that works with little supervision, demonstrates flexibility, easily adapts to change, computer savvy in Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, Calendar System and Internet Research. Software (Web) Developer

This position's primary focus is software development but will support end-to-end processes from requirements gathering and documentation to production support. Preferred skills include Flex, Adobe CS3, J2EE (JSP,Servlets), Spring Framework, XML, Web Services (WSDL), Hibernate, Struts, and MySQL. Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
