Jeremy Jobson is Northland’s site minister for the Oviedo campus. Jeremy believes his call as a minister in the church is “to encourage, inspire and develop a passionate pursuit of Christ in the lives of the congregation by pointing them to Christ—to know Him and make Him known by loving Him and loving others.” Jeremy and his wife, Maggie, met as ministry leaders at a church in Tampa, Florida, and relocated to Oviedo so that he could pursue a master’s in biblical studies from Reformed Theological Seminary. They now have two children, Zoe and Matthew. Jeremy also holds degrees in History and International Affairs from Florida State University, and previously worked as a small business owner. “The future of the church lies in the hands of the Holy Spirit, working through the ministers of the church, the body of Christ, the priesthood of believers, and the spheres of influence God has given each one of them.” He cites some of the verses that guide his ministry as John 8:32, Galatians 5:1, John 10:10 and John 12:32.
