This June 24-28, Northland is hosting our 2013 Worship in the Arts Camp for children who are entering grades 4 through 8 in the fall of 2013. This day camp provides an encouraging environment for one week of instruction in the disciplines of music, dance, visual arts, technical production and spiritual growth. Instruction and mentoring will be provided by professional artists within the Northland community, working alongside the True North interns. The goal of the camp is to encourage young artists to grow in their faith and in developing their gifts. In keeping with Northland’s mission of equipping young artist for a lifetime of worship, the week will culminate in an evening of celebration for families in our community.
Families and individuals of all ages are invited to join us on Friday, June 28 at 7 p.m. in the main sanctuary. Performed by our young artists from Northland's Worship in the Arts Camp, THE VINE is a free concert that serves as an expression of Jesus’ teaching on the Vine and the Branches in John 15:1-17. After the performance, everyone is invited to view the Young Artists Art Gallery.
