Aaron Shust & Chris Sligh Concert

Aaron Shust is an American Contemporary Christian Music artist.  Shust was named the songwriter of the year at the GMA Dove Awards of 2007, and his song “My Savior My God” received the Song of the Year award.  Shust grew up near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He studied music theory at Toccoa Falls College in Georgia, where he studied Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Sebastian Bach. He also became influenced by U2 and Bob Marley.[2] He began performing at churches and coffeehouses while at college.

Chris Sligh is an American Idol finalist in the sixth season at 10th place.  Charles Christopher Sligh (born July 20, 1978) is an American singer/songwriter.  He was eliminated from the competition on March 28, 2007 finishing in tenth place. In April 2008, Sligh co-wrote a song called “Here Comes Goodbye” with Clint Lagerberg (also the cowriter of Sligh’s first single “Empty Me”). This song was released by the country rock band Rascal Flatts as a single in January 2009. The song went #1 in April after 12 weeks on the charts.

$5 plus ticket fee gets you into the General Admission of the concert

$10 plus ticket fee gets you General Admission plus a Concert T-Shirt
or at the door price of $13
$30 plus ticket fee gets you General Admission, CD, Concert T-Shirt & Acoustic Concert (this package has meet and greet at 5:30pm- and 6p-6:30p private Acoustic concert limited to about 100 people)

This event takes place in “The Rink” at Northland Church at Longwood and there will be limited seating, but mostly standing room only.
