There are many children in Seminole County who are homeless or underserved and are in desperate need of new backpacks and school supplies.
Want to help? Simply fill a NEW, age-appropriate backpack with items from the list below. If you prefer to just purchase supplies or a new backpack, we will gladly accept those donations also. Then, bring your backpack and/or supplies with you to church during the collection weekend. There will be a team of volunteers there to collect your donations.
Supplies to include in your backpack:
-Loose leaf paper (both wide and college ruled)
-Three-ring binders (for middle / high school students)
-Glue sticks (for grade school students)
-Spiral notebooks
-No. 2 Pencils
-Composition notebooks
-Folders
-Crayons
-Washable markers
-Rulers
-Scissors
Backpacks will be donated to Christian HELP, Seminole County Public Schools/A Gift for Teaching and Harvest Time International. These organizations will make sure that the backpacks get into the hands of children who couldn't otherwise afford new school supplies.

Join us for worship at Longwood or online. Each week's service is unique and themed around an attribute of God's nature (i.e. His mercy, goodness, grace, etc.). The preaching is biblical, applicable and winsome. And the music is a mix of contemporary worship and beloved hymns — blending the foundational and the modern. It's what Robert Webber called "ancient future" worship, "the common tradition of the church's worship in Word, Table, and song, practiced faithfully and communicated clearly in every context of the world." Woven together are the historical creeds of the faith and time-honored practices of the church, with new, innovative tools and modern expressions of worship. Join the gathering! Worship Times: Saturdays at 5 p.m. EST / Longwood and online Sundays at 9 a.m. EST / Longwood, Mount Dora, Oviedo and online Sundays at 11 a.m. EST / Longwood, Mount Dora, Oviedo and online Sundays at 5 p.m. EST / Longwood and online Mondays at 7 p.m. EST / Longwood and online
