We made it safely to Haiti! Getting through the airport was very smooth and we have been well taken care of by our hosts. We have spent most of the day getting settled in and preparing for tomorrow. We will be heading to a small town on the seaside to do a church service for the community. We will be telling Bible stories, our “on team pastor” (John Tardonia) will deliver a message and one team member (AJ Jones) will share his testimony. Please pray for this service and that the hearts of those listening are impacted by the Holy Spirit. Pray also for the translators as the serve our team and this community.
As a team, we joined the Northland Church service tonight via the website. Our hearts were so encouraged by Pastor Hunter’s message! He reminded us that we are called, as believers in Christ, to be a blessing to the world. We bless others through our words and by giving away our lives for the sake of others. We are so excited to be here in Haiti offering blessing to these precious people. Please pray that those we talk to are blessed and that their hearts find a deeper hope in Jesus.
Thank you for your continued prayers!
