Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County/Greater Apopka is in need of a few extra hands on June 26 through the 29th. They need assistance organizing, repairing and reloading the construction trailer currently located at their Sanford "Re-Store" location. In the future, this construction trailer will be used to help supply the necessary tools and materials for the construction of a Habitat for Humanity house.
You can sign up to help for as little as one of the days needed or as many as all of them! The schedule and number of volunteers needed each day are as follows:
Tuesday, June 26th 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm. clean out trailer - throw out an broken, rusted, unusable items, transfer items we are keeping to rolling trailer (10 volunteers needed)
Wednesday, June 27th 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm. - repair roofing and install lights on construction trailer (6-10 volunteers needed)
Thursday, June 28th 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm. - reload construction trailer (10 volunteers needed)
Friday, June 29th 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm. - transfer items from pak rat (another storage unit) to construction trailer (10 volunteers needed)
