This week we made a change on our web site! Going forward, you login to northlandchurch.net with your email address instead of with a username. Now, when you login to give or to worship online, you'll want to use the email address you entered when you originally created your account!
Why'd we make the change? Well, there were actually several reasons ...
We've been working on significant improvements to Northland's data system over the last year. Changing to email-based logins helps us maintain a more stable, secure system.
In addition, we've been working on some great upgrades to our web site that are built around that more secure system. By moving to email login, we can start testing those upgrades we've been working on and roll them out sooner!
Finally, this change will help us do a better job of handling your tech support needs. Often congregants forget passwords and — with a username-based system — it's often hard to remember which email address is associated with your account. Moving to email login should help expedite password recovery … and effectively allow you to interact more, faster!
We will continue to keep your email address private. Though you will use it for logging in, no one will be able to see your email address.
If you're having problems logging in to your account, please email support@northlandchurch.net and we'll help you get everything figured out!
