Just as God has uniquely created each individual, designing within each one the potential to contribute something precious to the lives of others, so too God has created diversity in His kingdom so that each congregation and Christian organization will make a unique contribution to the world.

Build Your Own Emergency Kit

Written by: Allison Hurtado in News and Inspiration on April 5, 2013

April is Hurricane Preparedness Month and Northland wants to help you get ready! We’re inviting families and their children to come make an emergency kit on April 24 in the Fellowship Hall from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Different stations will be set up around the hall and firefighters will be at each station, explaining different items to put in your kit. Not only will you leave with a fully stocked emergency kit, you’ll also know exactly how to use what’s in it!

We will provide certain items like water and flashlights for families to use. We ask that you bring more expensive items such as weather radios, if you want to add them into your emergency kit.

If you’d like to join us, please register here. Questions? Contact Judy Head at
